Return & Refund Policy

The following general returns policy applies to all items sold on https://shop.suryaflame.com/. A product purchased from our website is not eligible for return & replacement in case of following conditions:

  • Damaged: If you receive a damaged product, it is important to write it on the Proof of Delivery (POD) document before signing it. This ensures that there is a record of the product's damage at the time of delivery.
  • Defective: We maintain a strict No Returns and Refunds policy. All sales are final once the product has been delivered. Refund
Please note that once your order is confirmed, the service will be considered a final order. In the event that you encounter any issues with your order, we will initiate a refund of the amount paid, after deducting a courier charge of Rs. 500.
